It was big and I was impressed!! Last week I attended the Emergency service show 2013. Taking up residence in what I hope will become its new future venue, ESS2013 looked suitable at home in the halls of the NEC Birmingham. Most of the exhibitors where delighted to have a firm roof over their head this year, unlike last year when the skies opened and a flood warning had to be issued for the main arena to be cleared. I think the only exhibitors who did well last year where those specialists in swift water rescue. This year the College of Paramedics stand did well with a wide range of subject matters to be covered. I briefly caught the presentation on obstetric emergencies and like most was impressed with the presentation. Where you there? As with most of these shows I come away enthused after having a look at some nice equipment that is out on the market and hopefully will have an opportunity to discuss these new bits of kit with you here on the site.
